POLICIES

BOOKINGS

All bookings must be made online via our fresha.com booking system. We do not take bookings over the phone, via text, or social media. Upon booking, we require a card to be saved on file and a 30% non-refundable booking deposit must be paid upfront to secure your slot - this will be deducted from your final payment after your treatment.

CANCEL

Please note, it is essential for all clients of JBM Beauty to perform pre-appointment preparations 24 hours before an appointment booked, making it extremely difficult to refill slots without proper notice.

Standard Notice | Cancellation anytime up to 4 hours before appointment start time will result in you forfeiting your booking deposit meaning it cannot be transferred to book again. Please remember, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment within the specified timeframe - refer to reschedule policy.

Late Notice | Cancellation between 4 hours up to 30-minutes before appointment start time will result in you being charged 75% of your booked treatment less your deposit already paid.

Very Late Notice | Cancellation within 30-minutes before appointment start time will be considered a no-show and therefore you will be charged 100% of your booked treatment less deposit already paid - refer to no-show policy.

RESCHEDULE

Any reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your booked appointment start time, otherwise, you forfeit your booking deposit as a penalty for late notice and will need to pay a new deposit to rebook.

NO-SHOW

If you completely miss your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booked treatment. Appointments cancelled within 30-minutes of appointment start-time, at the appointment start-time, or anytime after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. You will not be allowed to book another appointment until your no-show appointment has been paid for.

GRACE PERIOD

Studio | If you are running late to your appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, your artist reserves the right to not provide service after five minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show. Refer to no-show policy.

Mobile | If you are running late to your mobile appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or not available to let your artist in to the agreed upon mobile location, your artist reserves the right to leave the mobile location and not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show. Refer to no-show policy.

TAN LINES

Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. No exceptions.

AFTER HOURS

Any treatments booked after hours, Monday - Thursday, will be subject to an additional £10 fee. Any treatments booked after hours, Friday – Sunday, will be subject to an additional £20 fee.

REFUNDS

All treatments, memberships, and retail item purchases are non-refundable.
